Dr. Nav Bakshi, DDS

Meet Dr. Nav Bakshi

With a passion for compassionate, patient-centered care, Dr. Nav Bakshi is dedicated to providing expert endodontic treatment with a gentle touch.

Dr. Bakshi earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry, where he was honored with several prestigious awards, including the John E. Rudner Memorial Award for academic excellence. His pursuit of excellence led him to specialize in endodontics at the renowned Temple University Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry, where he refined his skills in both surgical and non-surgical endodontic procedures.

Since 2020, Dr. Bakshi has been helping patients save their natural teeth while ensuring their comfort throughout the process. He stays at the forefront of advancements in the field as an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the American Association of Endodontists (AAE), continuously incorporating the latest techniques and technology into his practice.

Beyond dentistry, Dr. Bakshi enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, often exploring the great outdoors together. He’s also an avid home cook, always looking for new recipes to surprise his family. And here’s a fun fact—not many people know that he dreams of making travel free for everyone!

Dr. Francine Trzeciak Cwyk, DMD

Meet Dr. Francine Cwyk

With decades of experience and a passion for exceptional patient care, Dr. Francine Trzeciak Cwyk is a highly respected endodontist dedicated to helping patients save their natural teeth with expert, compassionate treatment.

A lifelong resident of Delaware County, Dr. Cwyk’s journey in dentistry began at Ursinus College, where she earned her BS degree in 1978. She then pursued her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 1982, followed by her advanced endodontic certification in 1984.

For over 25 years, Dr. Cwyk has been a leader in endodontic care, practicing at Endodontic Associates before joining the team at Springfield Endodontics. Her commitment to clinical excellence extends beyond patient care—she has served as an Associate Clinical Professor of Endodontics at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine (1984-1991), mentoring the next generation of specialists.

Dr. Cwyk is a past president of the Dental Society of Chester County and Delaware County (1997-1998) and is an active member of multiple professional organizations, including:

American Association of Endodontists (AAE)
American Dental Association (ADA)
Pennsylvania Dental Society
Grossman Endodontic Study Club

Recognized for her contributions to the field, Dr. Cwyk has been honored with membership in the Pierre Fauchard Academy and the International College of Dentists. She has also been consistently named one of the Top Endodontists by Main Line Today magazine—a testament to her expertise and dedication to patient care.

Outside of work, Dr. Cwyk enjoys gardening, traveling, swimming, and snow skiing. She resides in Delaware County with her husband and two daughters, embracing both her professional and personal passions.

Dr. Serena Colletti, DDS

Meet Dr. Serena Colletti

With over 35 years of experience, Dr. Serena Colletti is a highly skilled endodontist dedicated to providing gentle, effective, and minimally invasive root canal treatments. Her passion lies in helping patients find relief from pain while preserving their natural smiles.

Dr. Colletti’s journey in dentistry began at SUNY at Buffalo College, where she earned her degree before continuing at the SUNY at Buffalo School of Dentistry. She further refined her skills during her General Practice Residency at Buffalo General Hospital, followed by specialized endodontic training at Albert Einstein Medical Center, Department of Endodontics.

As a committed professional, she is an active member of the AAE, AGD, IADT, AAWD, and Montgomery Bucks Dental Society, ensuring she stays at the forefront of advancements in endodontic care. She has extensive experience treating patients of all ages—from 10 years old to adults—and is skilled in performing endodontic procedures under general anesthesia, which she has been doing since 2008. She also offers nitrous oxide and oral sedation for patients who need extra comfort during treatment.

What drives Dr. Colletti? The ability to get patients out of pain while using the latest techniques to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. She embraces the philosophy that “Courage doesn’t always roar, sometimes it is the quiet voice saying, ‘I will try again tomorrow.’”

Outside of the office, you’ll likely find her gardening, reading, or staying active through exercise. And if you’re wondering how she takes her coffee—it’s strong with a touch of light cream!

Dr. Mariam Soliman, DMD

Meet Dr. Mariam Soliman

At Springfield Endodontics, we’re proud to have Dr. Miriam Soliman as part of our team, bringing exceptional skill, deep compassion, and over 14 years of experience in endodontics.

Dr. Soliman’s journey in dentistry began at Cairo University, where she earned her BDS degree. She then expanded her expertise with a General Practice Residency at the University of Minnesota before completing her DMD and advanced training in endodontics at the University of Pennsylvania—one of the world’s leading programs in the field.

Her passion for endodontics is driven by one simple mission: to relieve pain and restore smiles. She takes immense pride in helping patients through what can be an intimidating experience, ensuring they leave her chair feeling comfortable, reassured, and pain-free.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Soliman has dedicated over 13 years as an assistant professor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, mentoring future endodontists and staying at the forefront of innovations in the field. She is also an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, with expertise in advanced procedures like apicoectomies and complex retreatments—always prioritizing thorough consultations to achieve the best outcomes.

Outside of work, Dr. Soliman finds joy in literature, meditation, and world travel. A little-known fact? She was once accepted into a professional ballet school, reflecting her dedication, discipline, and love for the arts.
